In order to get ACH/Direct deposit from Payoneer us payment service, you have to verify it.Once your Payoneer account request has been approved you‘ll receive an email like this-

Questionnaire

So now you have to fill-up Payoneer Questionnaire form and upload your national id/passport/driving license scan copy.

First click on the  Questionnaire link and you’ll see this page.

Select a category with which you work with your website.

If you are a freelancer of Odesk/Elance/freelancer.com then select freelancer

Next give your website address with which you earn money by affiliate marketing.Remember,it must have your name and address in your website for verification.

If you are a freelancer then give your working profile link.But you must complete at least 3 job. Then you can verify this service with it.

Give a description of your work  description. Such as

‘I’m an internet marketer. I earn money by affiliate add in my website’

Id verification

Now you have to verify your id.Simply click on the ID Here link you’ll see a page like this

If you have a national id card then first get a both side scan copy and upload front page in image 1 and back side in image 2.

So after all this Payoneer will start to verify your account and after a few days they will send you a confirmation email if everything is all right.


If you don't receive this email or if your account doesn't have activate the us payment service automatically then you should contact Payoneer customer care service.

Just go to http://www.payoneer.com/contactUs.aspx and select an option.i always prefer live chat.

Go to the live chat option and type your details and give subject as 'want to active US payment service in Payoneer account'. You can also send a question  to Payoneer support.
